Andrew joined CP+B as an art director in 1998. Since that time, he has played a lead role in the US launch of the MINI, the turnaround of Burger King, and the Domino’s brand rally.
During his time as creative director and chief creative officer, Andrew’s contributions to the creative vision of the agency have played a major role in CP+B being named Agency of the Year fifteen times in the trade press, Interactive Agency of the Year three times at the Cannes International Advertising Festival, and Agency of the Decade by Advertising Age.
In October 2010, Andrew was promoted to chief executive officer.
