Jennifer's Bio:


As the leader of R/GA’s Brand Development practice, Jennifer is focused on building brands that resonate in the digital age. Jennifer believes that a brand must be useful to its customers by stimulating imagination, initiative and action to distinguish itself in the marketplace. Jennifer’s team is made up of specialists in brand strategy, visual and verbal design as well as brand implementation. R/GA has successfully created and launched brands including NOOK for Barnes & Noble, &you for Johnson & Johnson, viNe for Nokia, right@home for SC Johnson and Google’s latest offering Google Wallet.

Prior to R/GA, Jennifer led brand positioning, name and identity creation for large global clients at Interbrand, the world’s largest brand consulting firm. There she led clients across a wide variety of industries including repositioning the nation’s oldest agricultural manufacturing firm to aid its overseas expansion and rebranding the country’s largest collection of food pantries into a cohesive name and brand. In addition, she led the rebranding of each part of Tyco as it separated into 3 distinct organizations. Jennifer was also a member of the New York office’s executive leadership team, where she helped to develop the digital branding offer.

Prior to joining Interbrand, Jennifer was a Client Director at iXL, an Internet consulting firm. There, Jennifer managed Internet based projects with clients in the financial services sector. Prior to iXL, Jennifer managed media relations and national events as a contractor for the EPA's Energy Star programs. Jennifer began her career working for Nichols-Dezenhall, a crisis management firm that specialized in marketplace defense, risk communications and public affairs for packaging and ingredient manufacturers.

Jennifer holds an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a BA in Asian Studies from Connecticut College. Jennifer’s client experience includes: JP Morgan, New York Life, IBM, Feeding America, Bank of America, Tyco International, Covidien, McKesson, John Deere, Wyeth, and others.
