Brand innovators from companies such as Dunkin’ Brands, Colgate-Palmolive, Mondelez and more lead the conversations at The AD Club’s Media:NOW Conference on April 10th.  These change agents along with other agency, publishing and technology thought leaders  tackled issues from the new paradigms in media investment to the challenges of staying innovative and the skills to lead for an audience of over 250 marketing, media and advertising leaders in attendance.  

In his opening keynote, John Costello, President, Global Marketing & Innovation, Dunkin' Brands, discussed the importance of understanding what consumers want and finding ways to engage with them to meet their needs better than the other brand choices around them. According to Costello, “be agile, or be left behind” and that means embracing a 360-approach to meeting customer needs at every touch point. In this competitive industry, it all begins with the consumer.
