Join us as we honor Esther Lee, SVP, Brand Marketing and Advertising, AT&T and Charlene Lake, SVP, Public Affairs and Chief Sustainability Officer, AT&T as our *Advertising Persons of the Year for their inspirational work on two important campaigns from AT&T: "It Can Wait" and "Aspire."
Through "Aspire," AT&T has launched a quarter billion dollar campaign to help more students graduate from high school, get ready for careers and college, and to ensure that the U. S. is better prepared to meet global competition.
AT&T's "It Can Wait" campaign aims to educate all wireless users, especially teen drivers, on the risks of texting while driving. AT&T is committed to putting an end to this behavior through a message that is simple, yet vital: When it comes to texting and driving, it can wait.
All net proceeds from this event are earmarked for the "Charlene Lake" and Esther Lee Scholarships" fund and will be awarded to deserving students studying in the field of advertising, marketing or communications.
