Meet the strong group of seasoned professionals that make up the ADVERTISING Club management team. Leveraging expertiece from a variety of industry backgrounds, this experienced and hardworking group is instrumental in the AD Club's success.

  • Foundation & Inclusion Manager

    Tiffany manages i'mPART, an initiative developed to raise awareness of the benefits of diversity in business and rally professionals around a shared movement, and also works to further the organization's education and inclusion programs.
  • Director of Business Development


    Kris Earley has been with The AD Club since 2000. Her past life consists of more than 20 years experience in print production for direct mail and catalog programs at Macy's, American Express and Carroll Reed.

  • Professional Development Director

    Cathryn has been with the Club since 2001 and is responsible for the planning, execution and marketing of ´╗┐all Club programs, including website development, creation of the Club's CMS and manages all Social Media outlets for the Club.  

  • President & CEO

    Gina has had an impact on every aspect of the organization. In her 20-years, she has effectively achieved higher standards by establishing events of career building, educational value; sustaining and growing perennial programs such as Magazine Day know NY Media Day and The International ANDY Awards; strengthening industry dialogue on pertinent, timely issues; and maintaining the Club’s critical commitment to the Foundation.
