In her role, Elicia is responsible for managing the development and execution of all of The AD Club’s marquee programs and related content platforms. This includes sponsorship sales and working with committees and partners to drive engagement with the association through all Club assets.
Having worked for many media companies such as Advertising Age, Cahners Travel Group, International Thomson Publishing, The Jersey Journal and Prentice Hall, Elicia has vast experience driving revenue and developing successful, integrated marketing strategies. She has extensive relationships throughout the industry and a history of building effective strategic partnerships both nationally and internationally.
Elicia holds a B.S. in Communications from The Newhouse School at Syracuse University and is founder of an independent consultancy EBG Marketing that specializes in strategy and execution for new product development, sales and research for companies trying to connect with the agency, marketing and media communities. She resides in New Jersey with her husband, daughter, and beloved North American Indian dog Koko.
