Vice President, Supply Chain, Verizon Wireless
Diana Zaccardi is the vice president of Supply Chain Services at Verizon Wireless, the largest wireless provider in the United States. She is responsible for the procurement of wireless devices and accessories, collaborative product supply planning, inventory & service level optimization, supplier quality management, warehousing, freight, product distribution, and replenishment across all sales channels. She also manages the reverse supply chain including device quality assurance, returns, repair, refurbishment, re-use and re-cycling. She is tasked to transform the supply chain at Verizon Wireless, while delivering significant shareholder value.
Prior to her current role Diana served as vice president of Process Engineering, with responsibility for the company’s business transformation efforts and Lean Six Sigma deployment. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Belt.
Diana served as Vice President for National Operations, responsible for customer experience metrics, distribution operations and channel support. She also served as Vice President of Marketing for the West Area, where she led the marketing and operations activities for the 14 western states.
Diana began her career in telecommunications in sales for the former NYNEX telephone company. She was a store manager for Bell Atlantic Mobile and held roles both at the headquarters and regional level. She has been engaged in a broad range of sales and marketing functions in various management positions of increasing responsibility, including customer loyalty, advertising, pricing, promotions and distribution.
She serves as a board member of the Advertising Club of New York City, one of the oldest and most prestigious marketing clubs in the country.
She earned a degree in Marketing at St. John’s University in Jamaica, Queens.
