
Valerie brings more than 25 years of creative experience targeting African American, urban, female and general market consumers to her position at Vigilante. Her primary responsibility is the agency’s creative product, working with the company’s executive team to determine strategy and positioning for clients. As SVP/Chief Creative Officer of Uniworld, she oversaw the creative direction for Ford, Lincoln, AT&T, Kraft, Microsoft and Burger King. She also worked at Motown Records, where she developed new business and corporate imagery campaigns. Boston’s Hatch Awards, the Maine Ad Club, CEBA Awards and The Art Director’s Club have all recognized her work. Valerie not only served on the national advertising team of the Clinton/Gore Presidential campaign in 1992 but was named one of the "100 Best and Brightest" by Ad Age. She Chairs the AD Club's Diversity Committee and has served as a judge for The ANDY Awards.
