
Joanne founded her consultancy in 2000, specializing in integrated marketing communications, agency optimization, search and compensation management, business development and sales coaching. Her clients have included the U.S. Department of Defense, Bausch and Lomb, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Fidelity Investments, Ford, IBM, Merrill Lynch, Miller Brewing, Smith Barney and Subway. Previously she worked on the agency side as either board member, president or in management for agencies including OMON, Bozell, Wells Rich Greene and DDB. Named by Ad Age as one of the "25 Women to Watch,” she writes and speaks regularly on client/agency matters. Joanne has served as AD Club President, Chair of the Board, Chair of several nominating committees, Chair of the “Fashion Advertising” and “Meet the Press” events, Co-Chair of the “Financial Advertising” luncheon and been adhoc committee member to countless Club efforts.
