Paolo Provinciali is the Head of Paid Media at LinkedIn. He oversees the strategy, buying, and operations across all the B2B and B2C businesses of the high-growth 20-year-old company with the ambitious mission of creating economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. Before LinkedIn, Paolo was the VP of Media and Data for Anheuser Busch. He ran advertising for the brewer's iconic brands, including multiple record-breaking Super Bowl campaigns. He also led the efforts to build the Marketing Data organization to collect, enrich, and utilize first, second, and third-party data. Paolo also established the Global E-commerce Marketing team at ZX Ventures (Anheuser Busch InBev VC and innovation group). Prior to ABI, Paolo was at Google for nearly ten years, where he developed the Digital and Programmatic best practices to advertise Google's B2B and B2C products worldwide.

Paolo combines his performance marketing background with brand marketing experience to create campaigns that deliver the right message, to the right person, at the right time to grow awareness, change perception, and drive behavior. He believes that B2B and B2C companies can break through and connect with consumers in a meaningful way by mixing the right dose of data, insights, algorithms, skills, and creativity.
