Dear Members:

We want to recognize the emotional state of our country and the impact of the murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and Ahmaud Arbery. Black Lives Matter. It’s a moment that begs the question – how will we show up? The Ad Club will show up by disavowing racism and discrimination of any kind. Period. Our Black colleagues need to know we see them, hear them, and we will continue to fight for equality.

As a non-profit organization serving the marketing, media and advertising industry, we have been steadfast in our devotion to nurturing diversity in the talent pipeline and in supporting the promotion of under-represented groups in our industry, through our Foundation’s Fellowship, Internship, Culture Club, Scholarship programs and our dedication to Black History Month. But we know that as a leading organization in one of the world's most diverse cities, we can and must do more. We all must do more. This is our pledge to do better, we invite you to join us.
