AD Club Executive Committee Director
After nine years with Hill Holliday, first at the Boston headquarters and then as Managing Director in New York, Laurel’s entrepreneurial spirit took charge in 2008 and she opened her own agency called Strategy Farm. The company focuses on working with well established brands to establish bold new initiatives. An accomplished strategist throughout her career, Laurel’s guidance has had an impact on the positioning of iconic brands including AOL, Smith Barney and Verizon Wireless. She began work at Benton & Bowles for P&G, and proceeded to the client side for Revlon, Citigroup, Pepsi, AT&T and McDonald's. She continues to support community programs as a member of the executive committee for Wellspring House in Massachusetts and as an advisor to the Berkshire Hills Music Academy, the marketing committee for the Cooke Center in NY for developmentally disabled children, and currently co-chairs the Programs Committee for The AD Club. Laurel is also a member of The AD Club’s Executive Committee.
