Wallye Holloway, Associate Managing Partner, Merck & Co.

Wallye I. Holloway is an accomplished healthcare marketing and communications professional. She is a brand builder, community advocate, mentor, and champion of self-care for underserved communities.

She is an Associate Managing Partner at TBWA\World Health where she oversees the oncology segment of the AstraZeneca and Merck Oncology Alliance. Wallye is responsible for business oversight, operational integration and client services. She has deep healthcare communications experience across multiple therapeutic categories and pharmaceutical clients including Pfizer, Gilead, Novartis, Salix, Acadia, Amgen and Quest Diagnostics. Wallye’s experience also includes creating specialized client offerings — healthcare communications to multicultural audiences, and marketing opportunities for the group practice segment. She has led agency teams across the brand planning lifecycle and has also run an agency in Los Angeles.  But Wallye feels right at home in New York City. In her free time she enjoys live jazz, traveling, and jewelry making. And she can’t wait to get back to these things in a post-COVID world.  Wallye found her passion in healthcare as a pharmaceutical sales representative at Allergan and Wyeth.



Charlotte Lipman, Senior Manager, Business Insights, Xandr

As Senior Manager of Business Intelligence for Xandr, Charlotte Lipman manages primary research efforts, covering analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data. Her focus is on contextualizing consumer and market insights to help our teams and clients navigate today’s dynamic advertising ecosystem. Prior to Xandr, Charlotte served as Research Director for MediaVillage where she oversaw market intelligence and analysis. 


Paul Manz, Associate Director, Integrated Customer Experience, Merck & Co.

Paul has spent more than two decades developing compelling brand experiences through the implementation of multi-channel marketing strategies. He has focused the past 8 years in healthcare and biotech in respiratory, oncology, and immunology solving challenges in the patient, provider, and payer realms. He, his wife, and two sons operate out of their home base in the Philly suburbs but spend much of their time roaming the Route 1 corridor between Philly, the Big Apple and beyond.


Rekha Yadav, Consultant, Media Services, Eli Lilly

Rekha joined the Lilly family having spent the last 17 years working across a broad swathe of business verticals, most recently getting her feet wet in the world of Pharma – leading Astra-Zeneca and Novo Nordisk pieces of businesses at Spark Foundry. An agency veteran, Rekha sharpened her media chops while working across such iconic brands as Coke-Cola, P&G, Mercedes Benz, and IKEA, to name a few. A strategic marketing professional with extensive experience building Fortune 500 brands, Rekha oversaw 360 degree marketing and media campaigns for all of her brands, including launching the 1st ever Paid Search & Content campaigns for P&G, with a proven track record of driving positive business growth. Rekha comes with an in depth understanding of the overall marketing process, influencing research, strategy, and above/below the line efforts.
