Briana Méndez is a multicultural strategist shaping how brands connect with culture. Beyond her role at SiriusXM Media, Briana is the co-founder of La Nueva Link, a 1,400+ member network of Latinx creatives and professionals spanning music, media, fashion, tech, and advertising. What began as a digital meetup during the pandemic has grown into an ecosystem that’s driven job placements, mentorship, and creative collaborations. Through events, cultural programming, and brand partnerships, La Nueva Link continues to serve as both a community and consultancy redefining Latinidad in media and marketing.
