Rudi Anggono works at the intersection of advertising, product design, and research—shaping globally recognized brands and experiences across both B2C and B2B landscapes.

He is currently Senior Director of Brand + Creative at the LEGO Group, where he leads an integrated in-house team within Product and Marketing Development. His team drives the brand’s global marketing efforts across all channels.

Previously, Rudi was Global Creative Director at Google, where he helped pioneer forward-looking initiatives in Shopping UX and led a design research program in Japan that resulted in a U.S. tech patent and new opportunities for Google Travel. His work in Shopping Sustainability was featured in Sundar Pichai’s UN address and folded into Google’s global goals.

Before UX, Rudi led Google ZOO’s creative team, winning an Emmy Award and gaining recognition at Fast Company’s Innovation Festival. He also co-founded Rookie Humans, a children’s bedding startup.

Earlier, as Executive Creative Director at TBWA\Paris, he oversaw the €350M Nissan Europe account, launching the NISMO Smartwatch and driving significant brand impact. He has also held senior roles at AKQA, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, CP+B, and Butler Shine.

Rudi’s work has earned honors including Cannes Lions, One Show Golds, a Grand Prix, and inclusion in The New York Times “Year in Ideas.”
