On multiple expeditions to Mt. Everest, Lee Nadler was deeply inspired by the strength and humility of the Sherpas—so much so that he founded Sherpa Marketingin 2002 to help brands and leaders scale their own summits of success.
A transformative leader in the industry, Lee has served on the Board of the Advertising Club of New York for decades, including as Board Chairman. He has also served on the Board of the IAB, been inducted into the American Advertising Hall of Achievement, and was named by Ad Age as one of the “21 People to Watch in the 21st Century.”
Lee’s journey has taken him from agency beginnings to becoming the first Head of Marketing at DoubleClick, to leading breakthrough marketing and product launches for MINI, a division of BMW. Today, as founder of Sherpa Marketing, he serves as a Fractional CMO, strategic advisor, and executive coach, known for igniting bold ideas, galvanizing teams, and helping executives unlock their potential—personally and professionally.
In addition to guiding leaders and brands, Lee connects brands with high-impact advertising opportunities at premier platforms like the US Open Tennis Championships and the Super Bowl.
