The YP Committee supports the Club’s Board of Directors and provides the voice and perspective of the YP membership (members under the age of 30). The overall role of the YP Committee is to be active leaders within the Club and to plan and promote our activities whether they are educational, social or philanthropic.

The YP Committee meets monthly in New York City with the greater purpose of creating stronger connections between young professionals within the AD Club community and the greater advertising industry. To help achieve this, we will be looking to you to contribute in a number of ways, primarily through your enthusiasm, knowledge and willingness. As the vibrant, smart leaders of tomorrow we want you to engage with the Club and champion YP activities and support the general Club—both as an active member and a supporter of events through leadership, sponsorship, etc.


The mission of the Event Committee is to craft strong content and the most inspirational events in our industry that inform, enlighten, entertain and provide a networking forums aimed at fostering the cross-pollination of ideas.

Being on the Event Committee is to be part of the influential brain trust that brings fresh, smart ideas to our planning process, a chance to give back to the community, and the inside track to opportunities for your company and clients to be involved in these programs.


To leverage this group’s thought leadership and experience to grow membership, and to ensure The AD Club of NY stays relevant by providing benefits that continue help our community of diverse agency, marketing, media, and communications professionals thrive. Benefits should align with our goals to Educate, Empower and Celebrate our constituents. We will do this by:

  • Evaluating existing benefits, curate and develop new ones.
  • Acting as ambassadors to grow membership.
  • Showing diversity of thought & infuse the value of creativity into all we do.

Through workshops and programming, The Club is a premier resource throughout the career continuum. This committee is dedicated to identifying the themes, speakers, partners, and networking opportunities that advance these goals.


The philanthropic arm of the organization serves the talent pipeline with programs and initiatives at the high school, undergraduate, graduate, young professional, and mid-level professionals with a commitment to an inclusive workforce.


The Club’s largest fundraiser supporting the Foundation’s initiatives. A media buy with dual purpose; brands get premiere space for their messaging and the Club receives the money to support our talent pipeline and DE&I
initiatives. Publishers donate, Marketers purchase, Agencies execute.
