About The Foundation
Since 1986, The Advertising Club of New York (ACNY) Foundation, has been dedicated to supporting and connecting advertising, marketing and media professionals along their career paths. From students, to the C-suite, the AD Club seeks to provide opportunities and resources to promote, attract, retain & train a workforce of professionals that reflect all communities. The early days of the Foundation began with a scholarship program for young professionals with intentions to pursue graduate degrees.
Over the years the program has evolved into a career advancement and resource hub, promoting opportunities for New York City’s most exceptional talent, including education and the creation of an ever-evolving talent pipeline. In addition to providing opportunities for networking and education, the ACNY Foundation has long been a pioneering supporter and sponsor of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and programming. Most notably, the Foundation has helped to seed the launches of ADCOLOR and ADCOLOR University, and has provided partnership grants for The Marcus Graham Project, Ghetto Film School, and Hyper Island.

An executive preparation program designed to accelerate the careers of mid-level professionals. Created in 2016 The AD Club of New York made a commitment of $100K annually to retain more diverse talent and promote more women into leadership positions.
Designed to provide students in their junior, senior, and graduate years of college an opportunity to intern at one of the AD Club’s member agencies or organizations. In addition, weekly Lunch & Learns, mentors, and special events are added to provide a 360-degree experience of the industry.
