With a fresh take on understanding the habits, behaviors, and preferences of Gen Y & Z consumers, Nadia and her team are redefining market research for the mobile generation by making feedback the favorite form of engagement. Prior to Perksy, Nadia founded 3 other companies before studying psychology and marketing through Harvard’s continuing education program. Nadia is passionate about product innovation, design, and neuroscience.

Wanda Pogue, Global Chief Strategy Officer, VaynerMedia
As Chief Strategy Officer of VaynerMedia, Wanda Pogue oversees strategy across the agency'’'s global offices in New York, Los Angeles, London and Singapore. Prior to VaynerMedia, Wanda spent 19 years of her career at Saatchi & Saatchi, most recently as Chief Strategy Officer of New York where she was instrumental in leading business-building and award-winning work across the agency’s roster of clients, including Walmart, Procter & Gamble and USAA. Prior to that, she led the strategic vision for brands such as Olay, Tide/Ariel, Head & Shoulders and Trident as Global Strategy Director, helping to further establish these brands around the world. Her first role at Saatchi & Saatchi was as Regional Strategy Director across both the United States and Latin America. Wanda began her career in marketing research and U.S. Hispanic and multicultural marketing. Her human and stenstive strategic approach has been recognized by the industry’s major award shows, from Effies to Cannes Lions.

Nidia is a thought leader who leverages data and insights to push the boundaries of the advertising industry. She is an inspiring speaker and an active contributor to Pandora For Brands, the company’s resource for marketing insights, solutions and ideas.
Nidia received a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Binghamton University. She is a champion of diversity and inclusion, supporting people of color in and outside of work. When she is not uplifting diverse communities through data storytelling, she tells their stories through her professional photography and community work. She is the founder of Corporate Curve LLC where she inspires women to love themselves and the work they do.
