Rick is an accomplished advertising business leader with more than 25 years experience across digital, media, and technology. He currently serves as CEO of RAD Amplify, an AI-powered predictive intelligence company, built for the creator economy. Rick has served on The Ad Club Board since 2013, was Chairman from 2021 to 2023, and is the first recipient of the Club’s Volunteer of the Year Award

A strategic operator and trusted industry connector, Rick has helped scale businesses from startups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises. He has participated in two successful exits and led organizations of more than 200 employees, including serving as Chief Revenue Officer for two publicly traded companies. Most recently, Rick was President of the Brand Innovators Strategy Group. Previously, he served as General Manager of Digital Client Solutions at Nielsen, where he delivered sustained double-digit growth and contributed to Nielsen's $16B private-equity sale in October 2022. Earlier in his career, Rick held commercial leadership roles at Yahoo!, Microsoft, iHeartMedia, and Rocket Fuel. 

Beyond his professional career, Rick recently joined the board of the Bruce Lee Foundation. He is also a Shorty Awards judge, a former President of 212 NYC, and a founding member of the Digital Content NewFronts. A longtime supporter of arts education, Rick serves on the board of Harmony Program, which provides music education to underserved New York City communities, and previously served as Benefit Chair for Young Audiences New York. Rick is a native New Yorker and a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.
