Previously, Paolo was Vice President of Media and Data at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where he ran advertising for the brewer’s iconic U.S. brands - including multiple record-breaking Super Bowl campaigns- and built the company’s marketing data infrastructure to enable personalization and performance atscale. He also founded and led the global eCommerce Marketing team at ZX Ventures, AB InBev’s venture and innovation arm, where he helped startups scale within a complex corporate environment.
Before AB InBev, Paolo spent nearly a decade at Google as a founding member of the internal Media Lab,where he helped develop digital and programmatic best practices to market Google’s B2B and B2Cproducts worldwide.
Paolo combines his performance marketing expertise with a deep understanding of brand building to create systems and campaigns that grow awareness, shift perception, and drive results. He believes both B2B and B2C companies can break through with the right mix of data, insight, creativity, and technology.A recognized thought leader in marketing innovation, Paolo has helped shape industry standards in measurement, attention-based buying, and AI integration.
