Damien has led a number of our pillar businesses at Anomaly over the past 10 years. Starting with Budweiser Global, then Dick’s Sporting Goods, Duracell, Google Cloud, Sonos, and most recently, our Diageo portfolio and Ally Bank. He’s led everything from integrated partner agency teams, to brand strategy and innovation, and the development of a myriad of campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients. Damien is also Managing Director of the Cultural Marketing capability at Anomaly.

Prior to Anomaly, Damien ran the Verizon Wireless and 2010 US Census business at Global Hue where he was responsible for all multicultural communications. Prior to Global Hue, Damien ran the NFL account at BBDO, producing 3 award-winning Super Bowl campaigns, while integrating efforts for the NFL Network, NFL.com, and NFL Shop. Damien brings a unique, diverse perspective to Anomaly, with over 18 years of experience in the industry - winning such awards as a Cannes Lion, Effies, and a Digiday.
