Khari is a vice president at CMI Media Group, where he leads strategic marketing efforts for pharmaceutical and biotech companies. With nearly a decade of experience developing data-driven marketing strategies across healthcare, finance, entertainment, and retail, he has driven measurable market growth and shared insights on integrated marketing, AI, inclusive strategy, and health equity at leading industry events, including Advertising Week NY, Digiday, SXSW, and POSSIBLE.
Previously, he founded Direct Agent's inclusive strategy practice, pioneering a "polycultural" approach to reach Gen Z and Millennial consumers. His POV, "The Polycultural Angle," was recognized in Fast Company's 2022 Innovative Idea Awards. His industry contributions have consistently earned recognition, including Digiday's Future Leaders, MM+M's 40 Under 40, and COLOR Magazine's Best Under 40, as well as the most recent Advertising Club of New York's Innovators, Rockstars, and Icons awards.
An active leader in the advertising community, Khari has been a member of the Young Professionals Committee since October 2021 and previously served as Vice President of the Advertising Club's Young Professionals Committee. He also serves as an inaugural member and volunteer lead of WPP's Nonprofit Co-Lab, where he develops PSA campaigns supporting mission-driven organizations throughout New York City.
