Mike Sallette is the Vice President of Media Connections at Danone North America. He leads the media, licensing, and sponsorships team that drives incremental sales growth and integrates brands into the culture. He also established the organization's licensing function and championed its commitment to invest five percent of its media budget with diverse-owned publishers annually.

Before joining Danone in 2020, Mike led media and search for Nestle's US portfolio of water brands and served on the Nestle Global Media Council. He also managed retail media and eCommerce search strategies that increased sales and profitability.

Prior to the brand side, Mike led worldwide marketing for Amazon's Demand Side Platform (DSP) and programmatic advertising solutions. He also led corporate marketing, sponsorships, and executive keynote programs that raised awareness of Amazon Advertising globally. Previously, at USA TODAY he developed award-winning integrated campaigns for marketing clients.

Mike serves on The Advertising Club of New York's Board of Directors He started his career at a tech start-up and earned a Master of Science in Marketing from NYU
