The AD Club
Elicia is dedicated to connecting people and ideas and building community to help our industry thrive. In her role, she is responsible for growing membership and developing valuable benefits, marquee programs and related content platforms that educate, celebrate and empower. This includes working with committees, sponsors and partners to drive engagement with the association through all Club assets. She is a tireless advocate for finding innovative approaches and opportunities to enhance the member experience.
Having worked for numerous media companies such as Advertising Age, Cahners Travel Group, International Thomson, The Jersey Journal and Prentice Hall, Elicia cultivated a vibrant, extensive network and a consistent track record driving revenue and strategy for long-term success. She has a history of building effective partnerships for companies both nationally and internationally.
Elicia is an advocate for women's rights and has penned a blog called My Body, My Choice. She frequently volunteers for community initiatives near her home in northern New Jersey and started a grassroots fund called Ice Cream Makes Everything Better to support local businesses, health care workers and food banks during times of crisis. Elicia holds a B.S. in Communications from The Newhouse School at Syracuse University. She resides in New Jersey with her husband, daughter, and beloved North American Indian dog Koko.
