Brandon Pracht
Global Managing Director for McDonald’s
Wieden+Kennedy
Brandon Pracht is the Global Managing Director for McDonald’s at Wieden+Kennedy. His early work in the industry across categories such as heartburn, digestive health, analgesics, and cat food (both wet and dry) was just one of the reasons Wieden+Kennedy finally hired him in 2010 after three unsuccessful attempts.
Throughout his time at Wieden+Kennedy, “Pracht” (too many Brandons at W+K) has driven many of the agency’s most iconic clients to culture-shaping success. This work includes McDonald's "Famous Orders," ESPN’s “This is Sportscenter,” Southern Comfort’s “Whatever’s Comfortable,” and Bud Light’s viral phenomenon "Dilly Dilly."
Since 2020, Brandon has led the agency’s ever-growing global McDonald’s team. Partnering with a talented group of leaders, he has helped reimagine the brand across platforms, delivering some of the strongest-performing work McDonald’s has seen in decades, including Famous Orders; the Adult Happy Meal with Cactus Plant Flea Market; the viral Grimace’s Birthday campaign; and the recent collaboration tied to A Minecraft Movie.
Brandon and his amazing wife, Susan, have produced three kids and have adopted three dogs, and a one-eyed cat.
