Marketing Account Executive

Digital Pulp, a rapidly growing NYC digital agency, is looking for a passionate and talented Account Executive to help lead development of innovative brand experiences for our clients. We’re seeking a highly organized manager who understands what it takes to create great digital marketing and loves the process of getting from idea to finished product. The ideal AE has an interest in strategy and planning in addition to a strong foundation in account management.

 

We’re looking for someone to be the hub of all information, from logistical project details to strategic insights, to all things related to the client’s business. The Account Executive understands the client’s day-to-day needs and is always looking for ways to make sure that the account runs smoothly and all deliverables are aligning with the brand and business strategy. This person will help generate big ideas that are not only creative, but that move our client’s business forward. You’ll be a part of an experienced team with the chance to make a big impact on the final product. This is a remote role.

 

Our ideal AE has the skills and experience to:

Collaborate across departments to deliver strategic, results-driven creative with oversight.
Utilize industry insights to inform and inspire creative ideas and solutions.
Maintain deep knowledge of the client’s business, products/services, and competition, adjusting strategies as needed.
Serve as a day-to-day client resource, facilitating program management.
Draft creative briefs and POVs with supervision.
Review and provide feedback on creative execution to ensure alignment with strategy and client guidelines.
Assist in selling the creative product.
Ensure quality control on all assignments.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Prepare weekly project status reports.
Partner with Strategic Planning to execute research initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with client counterparts.
Identify and escalate potential issues appropriately.
Communicate relevant client and external information to the team.
Participate in the client planning process, including situation analysis and brand planning.
Use Google Analytics for campaign tracking and report preparation.

 

Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

3+ years in a digital agency, with experience across web, mobile, video, brand, and strategy.
Strong communication, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
Positive, eager attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse personalities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Travel to client sites as required.

 

Extra Credit

 

Higher education marketing experience
Experience with analytics, A/B testing and optimization

 

Compensation

 

A competitive package commensurate with your skills and experience will range between

$65,000-$80,000
