Onward Search needs a Multimedia Studio Supervisor for a Fortune 500 Professional Services client. Be apart of a growing team!
This is a 6-month assignment + possible extension or convert to perm (depends on budget)

As a Multimedia Studio Supervisor you’ll:
- Owns studio operations; help scale as team grows
- Own creative output – branding, tone in shots and backdrop sets
- Elevate the creative deliverables; on-going improvement
- Live multi-camera webcasts
- Collaborate with C suite executives (interviews, photoshoots) – strong communicating skills, making them feel relaxed and camera ready
Skills & Experience Needed:
- 6-8 years of experience in multimedia production
- Deep understanding of camera and lighting, webcasting technology Technical Leader
- Eye for design – needs to be both a technical wizard and art director, as well as supervisory experience
- Supervising: Camera and audio operators, lighting, engineers, freelancers
- Solution oriented; able to evaluate challenges and plan the best approach to come to a solution
- Direct report experience is a nice to have
- Streaming technology is a must have!
