Onward Search needs a full-time Director of Photography Operations for one the nation’s leading Commercial and Real Estate Online Marketplace! This role will require relocation to Richmond, VA.
As the Director of Photography Operations, you’ll:
- Recruit, Develop and Lead a team of Photography Managers and Individual Contributors
- Trouble shoot any issues and ensure operational metrics are being met to ensure success
- Focus on continuous improvement of workflows and processes to drive optimization and innovation.
Skills & Experience Needed:
- 10+ years of experience leading large scale teams
- Have a Bachelors Degree, Masters preferred
- Proven track record driving accountability with Managers and leading in a metric driven organization
- Passion and interest in real estate
