What does it mean to receive the President Award? 

The President Award is a great honor for me because it represents the commitment that Pandora has to the advertising community overall.  As a company that serves advertisers, listeners and music makers, core to our culture are diversity and inclusion initiatives. The industry will grow and thrive through education, internship and mentorship that attracts young talent to our many career paths.  “Mediaction” is a great opportunity for publishers to support these efforts by the Ad Club.

What does work/life balance look like in your life?  

I try to think of my personal and professional lives as being synergistic versus balanced.  If I enjoy what I do, and always have variety in my activities, then everything flows together seamlessly.

What tips would you give your younger self when it comes to work/life balance?

Remember it is a marathon not a sprint.  Love what you do and the rewards will come.

What do you think the benefits of unplugging are?

Ironically, unplugging gives you a chance to recharge your batteries.  Nothing like a good book made out of paper.
