Meet The Fellows: Cree Flournoy

Cree is a digital-first marketer, always thinking about how digital solutions can solve clients’ business challenges. Currently, she serves as a Manager of Business Development at Organic, a leading digital agency. She is responsible for the strategic and creative development for all new business initiatives across the agency. She fosters collaboration across departments and Omnicom sister agencies while catalyzing pitch teams behind a common goal. Always with a to-do list in hand, she drives production efforts and manages pitch timelines ensuring that Organic continues to meet its goals. As a result, Cree has been instrumental in helping Organic achieve a 60% new business win rate for 2021.

Cree received her B.S in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from Stony Brook University and holds an MBA from American University in Washington, DC. She got her start in advertising as Business Development Manager at Dotdash Meredith where she sourced, developed, and managed partnerships to grow the advertiser base and increase revenue for Meredith’s Food Group Magazines. During her time at Meredith, she boasted a 30% increase in sales YOY with new client wins such as Belgioioso Cheese, Nellie’s Cage Free Eggs, and Westrock Coffee.

In her spare time, you may catch her posting about a new brunch spot on her Instagram blog called @TheBrunch Plug, traveling, or binging Netflix. Cree is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and is excited to participate in the 2021-2021 Advertising Club of NY imPART Women’s Fellowship executive and leadership program.
