2021-Meet-the-Fellows-7

Samantha Bertone is the Global Manager of Human Resources at Siegel+Gale, a global brand strategy, design and experience firm headquartered in New York City. She currently oversees the HR functions for their US and EMEA based teams where she acts as a key partner to leadership by providing strategic insight and counsel, while remaining an advocate for employees. Creating processes and initiatives, on a global scale, such as onboarding, career mapping, and diversity recruiting strategies brings her energy.

Samantha loves to create opportunities for diverse, junior talent. One of her proudest accomplishments at Siegel+Gale has been the creation and implementation of their Global Summer Internship Program where she partners with local Universities and Colleges and programs like the 4A’s MAIP to find the best talent. The program is filled with personal and professional development workshops, connections to top industry leaders and career advancement opportunities for the participants. This is just one of the many ways that she is impacting the company’s larger mission to become a more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and actively anti-racist organization.

Samantha is a proud New Yorker who received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Business Management from The University at Albany and her Master of Business Administration, MBA, from Stony Brook University. She also received her Professional in Human Resources Certification, PHR, from the HR Certification Institute. In her spare time, she loves to travel to new places, spend time with family and relax on the beach.
