Jessalin Lam, Precision Marketing Academy Director, TBWA\Worldwide
Jessalin Lam is currently a Precision Marketing Academy Director on the Nissan United team at TBWA leading a global employee training program across the agency and client. She is also the Co-Founder of Asians in Advertising, President Elect for Association for Talent Development NYC, and Co-Chair of Omnicom Asian Leaders Circle. Jessalin is a lifelong learner and connector who loves to cultivate learning cultures to allow others to thrive and seize their potential with a growth mindset. Her involvement with The AD Club of NY include 2009 MediAction Scholarship Recipient, 2015 Rising Star, and 2018 i'mPART Women Fellows.

Clara Luo, BAV Studio Lead, VMLY&R
Clara Luo is a Group Strategy Director who heads up the BAV Strategic Studio, at VMLY&R, one of the industry’s most respected global brand & research consultancies. Focused on the intersection of brand research, analytics & strategy, Clara strives to understand white-space opportunities that drive both business and brand value. She has spent the last decade focused on defining strategic growth roadmaps for brands, companies and people (through mentoring & coaching). She brings deep marketing and communication expertise across categories such as retail, CPG, non-profit, tech, B2B, financial services and small, disruptor brands. She has been a featured speaker at various conferences and universities including SXSW, The Conference Board, Cornell, NYU, USC, Rutgers on brand strategy. Clara regularly speaks, hosts, and facilitates honest discussions and podcasts around career development and diversity, equity & inclusion in the workplace. Clara is a founding member & steering committee chair for Asian American Advertising Federation (3AF), NextGen Leaders Mentoring program. She is passionate about mentoring the generation of leaders. Clara holds a BS in business administration with a dual concentration in marketing and finance from Boston University Questrom School of Business.

Sara Porritt, Chief Diversity Officer, Omnicom Media Group
Sara Baiyu Porritt is the Chief Diversity & Inclusion officer at Omnicom Media Group responsible for putting rigor behind the shared Omnicom mission of attaining equal representation, development, support, and retention of all underrepresented groups. As an R&B singer, she has been shattering stereotypes since the age of 17 when she co-launched a record label with a Grammy winning music producer. Since that time, Sara has VJ’ed for MTVu, released 2 EPs and 2 full length albums, and starred in CW’s “The Next” alongside rapper Nelly. In her spare time, Sara is dedicated to capturing and sharing stories of those who have also traversed the road not taken, and is the host and creator of Hear Us Roar—a podcast featuring inspired conversations with fearless Asian women about how ideas and passions can ignite transformative journeys.

Julia Tsang, Associate Director, Strategy, PHD Media
Julia Tsang is passionate about people and brands, in that order. She has over 8 years of strategy and comms planning experience across U.S., Canada, and Europe and is currently an Associate Strategy Director at PHD Media in Chicago, IL. She also serves as Co-Chair to Omnicom's Asian Leaders Circle, Co-Chair to Omnicom Media Group's Asian Leadership Network and recently sat on Omnicom's Omniwomen Chicago Board of Directors. Jerry Won, Founder/CEO, Just Like Media and Host, Dear Asian Americans
Jerry Won is a storyteller, brand builder, and community leader. He is the Founder & CEO of Just Like Media, an Asian American storytelling company whose brands include Dear Asian Americans, MBAsians, The Janchi Show, and Asian Podcast Network. He is a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator and has worked with organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, McKinsey & Company, Horizon Media, and Pepsi. Prior, he was a Senior Strategy Consultant at Accenture and sales leader at start-ups and F500 companies. Jerry has a BS from USC Marshall and an MBA from Michigan Ross; he has served in board and leadership roles of alumni organizations and community non profits. Along with his wife Kyung and his two children, Jerry lives in Southern California.
