Black History Month | Rockstar: Kevin Jordan-Deen

Kevin Jordan-Deen is Senior Vice President and General Manager, leading our Oral Care Categories in North America at Colgate-Palmolive. Kevin provides leadership for all aspects of the business to drive profitable growth including strategic direction, innovation definition and commercial implementation.

Kevin joined Colgate-Palmolive in 2004 and progressed through various roles in Marketing and Sales across North America before moving to the Latin America Division in 2018, where he was Regional Marketing Director – Greater Caribbean Region and later, General Manager – Puerto Rico.  Prior to Colgate, Kevin worked for Arthur Andersen LLP as an auditor in their Consumer Products Group. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Rutgers University and his MBA in marketing and finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
