Hispanic Heritage Month | Rockstar: Andrea Nieto

Andrea Nieto is a Senior Associate on the Client Operations team at Starcom, where she supports client success through collaboration, curiosity, and operational excellence. Being Born in Mexico and raised in the Chicagoland area, has shown her how valuable community can really be Ama su gente Latina!

With more than two years of experience in the agency world, Andrea is not only passionate about her clients but also fostering an inclusive workplace culture. In 2026 she became involved with her BRG in an event planning capacity. Through this experience, she has enjoyed helping create meaningful opportunities to celebrate Hispanic culture, build community, and strengthen connections across the organization.

One of the most rewarding aspects of her involvement has been witnessing the incredible support not only from the Latino community within the agency, but also from allies who actively participate in and champion HOLA's mission. Andrea looks forward to continuing her contributions and helping create impactful events for this vibrant community. She is proud to support HOLA's dedication to advancing Hispanic and Latinx employees and their allies through cultural understanding, career development, and community outreach. Through her work and involvement, Andrea hopes to help foster a workplace where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered.
