Rouge Media has established a strong presence in the USA market and the Out of Home
industry in North America over the last five years. As it continues to expand at a fast
pace, Rouge Media has added a new feather in its cap of recent high-profile
appointments with Steve Ridley who joins as Chief Partnership Officer.
Steve’s immediate focus at Rouge will be to spearhead the development of deeper
beneficial relationships with both agency and client partners in the US and Canada. In
his role as a member of the executive team, he will also provide expertise with regards
to the analysis of new revenue opportunities as well as strategic acquisitions.
Says Ridley, “I have been watching Rouge Media’s journey as it
has become a force to be reckoned with. They have a range of
media products that truly represent the new face of Out of Home media in the 21st Century. I am looking forward to the challenge of working alongside this really dynamic team.”
Ridley comes with 32 years of experience in the field of OOH media in the UK and US. As the former Global Chief Executive Officer and one of the principal founders of Kinetic Worldwide, Ridley led the company to robust growth in its operational scale, expertise, and breadth of service.
Prior to his time at Kinetic, Steve headed the UK specialist agency Outdoor Focus from
1993 to 1998, presiding over the company’s five-fold growth. His expertise in out-ofhome
communications is regularly featured in media outlets, and he is a sought-after
speaker at conferences in the US and around the world.

Steve joins on October 2 and will be based out of Rouge’s New York office.
