Marie Rojas is a Senior HR Executive with extensive experience in dynamic organizations and a strong champion for company culture. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Spanish Harlem, she brings authenticity and a forward-thinking approach to leadership, empowering others and leading by example.

As Head of People at Ogilvy New York, she leads strategic practices, policies, and equity-focused programs, including launching JUMP, a professional development initiative for future POC leaders. Previously, Marie spent 25 years at McCann, where she played a key role in launching the Verizon Ad Fellows program.

Marie is highly regarded by all her peers for building trust-based relationships that withstand even the most challenging business environments. Throughout her career she has consistently helped drive positive results while remaining committed to advancing culture and inclusion.
