Meet The Fellows: Jillian Beans

Jillian is a process-driven individual always thinking of ways to make things easier Jillian has a background in both production and project management. Her experience as a creative producer allows her to think outside the box and come up with interesting ideas, while her background in project management ensures that those ideas are executed efficiently and effectively. Jillian is currently a Creative Producer with eBay on Global Content team where she manages production for Seller Marketing. 

Jillian has been building her advertising proficiency/portfolio and has worked on 360-degree campaigns at different agencies for digital, print, out-of-home, social media, experiential, and video.
Participating in a fellowship offers Jillian a sense of community, encouragement, and support. It has also granted her access to networking and professional opportunities with esteemed industry leaders in advertising she would otherwise not have interacted with. She wants to pass on what she has gained through mentoshipship to others.

The i’mPART Women’s Fellowship, created in 2016, made a commitment of $100K annually to retain more diverse talent and promote more women into leadership positions.
