As you look back at the last year, what are some of your favorite highlights from the program?

Our group’s candor during the PwC monthly class was the highlight of the program. Don’t get me wrong, SXSW was epic, but there are few opportunities in your career to talk through your struggles and doubts as openly as we did. And better yet, to have those concerns heard and thoughtful feedback given by a group of badass women.

What leadership skills (or other skills) have you gained since you’ve joined the program? How are you putting those skills to use within the industry, your community and beyond?

We spent a lot of time talking about salary and fighting for the compensation you deserve, and I can’t say too much more here, but being a champion of my own financial future and those below/around me has increased 10-fold since joining the program.

What is the best advice you have received as an AD Fellow?

Fight for more than just gender equality. Be vocal about rising the whole tide until your office has gender, race, disability, and sexual orientation equality for all.
