Jessy Jacques is a vision-driven change agent with a career-long record of digital advertising and marketing for leading organizations. She possesses a proven talent for aligning business strategy and objectives, with established digital advertising and marketing management paradigms, to achieve maximum operational impacts with minimum resource expenditures. Presently, Jessy is a Senior Account Manager at Xandr leading publisher development for organizations within programmatic portfolio. As such, she’s managed to build and maintain relationships with some of the leading brands in media and technology.
Throughout her career in Digital Advertising, Jessy has implemented successful initiatives dedicated to the empowerment of underrepresented communities. Prior to joining Xandr, Jessy was an Account Management Lead at Verizon Media Group (VMG). During her tenure she worked alongside the Sales and Product teams to develop and market digital advertising products to VMG’s clients. Jessy was also the Women Inclusion Network Lead at VMG, where she strived to foster a community inclusive to women within tech. She also partnered up with the Time’s Up New York Chapter campaign, Pipeline to Support Emerging Female Professionals, at the 2018 Tribeca Film Festival; and Governor Cuomo’s office, supporting women focused programs.
Before VMG, Jessy spent three years as the Public Relations Manager for Dorchester Media’s magazines, Right On! and Black Beat. There she worked alongside various creatives to drive content to Dorchester’s readers.
As a member of the ADCOLOR Advisory Board (AAB), Jessy is a champion for diversity and inclusion within the Media and Tech space where she helps to oversee the ADCOLOR’s Future’s programming. Outside of her AAB role, Jessy is also a guest lecturer for CUNY-Baruch College’s Weisman School, providing expertise and guidance into the world of digital advertising.
