Meet The Fellows: Nandini DasGupta

 

Nandini DasGupta is a Principal in Gartner L2, managing the research team for L2’s CPG practice, leading a team of research associates focused on developing and delivering digital insights for marketing leaders and practitioners. Her team covers a variety of categories including personal care, home care, food and beverages.

Prior to her current role, Nandini honed her marketing expertise across a variety of companies and industries, including Imation, SportsEngine, General Mills, and Acknowledge Digital Marketing. She has nearly ten years of experience across brand management, integrated marketing & digital marketing across multiple verticals, including CPG, Tech, Sports, Fashion, Luxury E-commerce, and Beauty.

Alongside her work in marketing Nandini has a deep passion for D&I, as well as multicultural & inclusive marketing. She has experience leading various ERGs and diversity organizations, as well as speaking and teaching on these topics. Additionally, Nandini serves as a mentor for organizations like the Third Eye Collective and She Runs It, working to help elevate diverse women in marketing and creative roles.  

Ultimately, Nandini aspires to bridge her experiences in brand marketing and D&I, with the hope of leading an organization that is geared towards truly inclusive marketing, thought leadership, and disrupting industry norms and notions — especially those geared towards Asian and South Asian markets.  

Native to Minnesota, she earned her BA in Economics from the University of Minnesota, and intends to enroll in a graduate business program in 2020.
