Aaron is a Blerd, social media enthusiast, sneakerhead, and lover of all things DEI.
He was first exposed to the marketing industry via the 4A's MAIP program, and since then have worked across several verticals including retail, finance, gaming, and tech. Aaron takes pride in fusing cultural nuance and strategic thinking to build impactful, inspirational consumer-focused approaches. In addition to his day job as an Associate Strategy Director, he uses his platforms via social and speaking engagements to cover topics such as building a personal brand, creative strategy, and building effective social strategies.
In 2022, Aaron founded Black Visionaries, a non-profit 501(c)(3) with the mission to democratize access to resources and community for Black professionals. The organization curated both virtual and in-person experiences for their community including their yearly event The Black Visionaries Brunch
Aaron’s love of community has translated into distinctive honors such as MAIPer to Watch, Mr. ADCOLOR 2022, the inaugural recipient of both the 4A’s x McCann Worldgroup Billy Davis Award & the “Right Hand” plug award.
