Daniela “Dani” Rosario has quietly made her mark, shaping campaigns for brands like Colgate,
Smartwater, Ford, and Coca-Cola. As an Associate Creative Director at VML, Daniela focuses
on creating work that genuinely connects with people through inclusive and culturally resonant
storytelling. She hosted The Level, a VML vodcast for amplifying POC voices and driving real
change. Her passion for cultural empowerment began with teaching traditional Latin American
dance to Latine youth. Daniela also hosts Capicú!, a podcast that uncovers the overlooked
potential in marginalized communities. A dedicated mentor, she’s committed to guiding the next
generation of creatives with authenticity and curiosity, driven by her love for culture, community,
and creativity.
