Start Off Strong: A Workshop on Time Management
November 3, 2021 at 1:00 pm ET
Location: Zoom
A free event for members.
The AD Club of NY provides resources to help members build the skills needed to thrive in the virtual/hybrid world and deal with the challenges ahead as we transition back to the office.
This November, we are partnering with Strong Training and Coaching again and offering MEMBERS ONLY a free hour-long training session in Time Management.
In this session led by STC’s Maureen Falvey, participants will change their relationship with time and start to see that they actually have enough. To do this, we’ll look at four drivers of time management: managing priorities, energy, attention and tools, and some simple but effective tips and tricks to master each one.
SpeakersMaureen Falvey, Leadership Coach & Consultant, CPC – ELI-MP
Maureen is a Leadership Coach & Consultant who works with high potential advertising and marketing heads who want to lead with greater purpose, influence and effectiveness.
Prior to becoming a Leadership Coach & Consultant, Maureen had a dynamic and fulfilling 25-year career in advertising working at global shops such as McCann, Saatchi & Saatchi, Grey and, most recently, mcgarrybowen, where she was MD, Head of Account Services. She was fortunate to partner with some of the biggest and best marketers in the world, including Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Kraft, General Mills Inc, Novartis, Burger King and United Airlines. Her best days were spent developing her teams through mentor programs, women’s leadership events, a moms group and her very own If I Knew Then What I Know Now panel discussions where she invited senior executives to share their set-backs and lessons learned as a way of communicating to up-and-coming talent that how we recover from failure will define the type of leader that we become.
She currently coaches individuals, groups and teams to maximize their potential, accelerate their growth and live and work with greater purpose and passion. Maureen is a graduate of iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), the first and largest coaching program in the world, an active member of the International Coaching Federation and a Certified DISC Practitioner.
Maureen is originally from the Midwest and has been happily living in and around New York City for over 25 years. She now resides in Locust Valley, Long Island with her partner Robert, their 8-year-old daughter, Charlotte, one fish, two guinea pigs and, most recently, an adorable mutt named Togo.
