Meet The Fellows: Tatiana Cadet
In the workplace, Tatiana Cadet is known as the Chief Joy Officer. She has a passion for creating spaces where people can connect, learn about each other and genuinely have fun. From hosting open mic nights to facilitating game nights and developing team building activities, Tatiana has a knack for engaging audiences and she consistently brings authenticity and an infectious energy.
Tatiana is currently the Talent Engagement & Inclusion Manager at Publicis Groupe US with a focus on supporting business resource groups and programming that fosters belonging and inclusive experiences. She transitioned into this role from being an Assistant Account Executive at MRY for two years, where she worked on paid and organic, social and digital campaigns. Prior to that, Tatiana was an adfellow in Verizon's rotational fellowship program. Her rotations in the program included Accenture Interactive's project management team, McGarrybowen's Account Management team, Verizon's Employee Communications team and the Verizon Fios Strategy Team at the Zenith Media buying agency, VM1.
Prior to her pivot into the advertising industry, Tatiana worked in corporate communications at Viacom as she concurrently pursued her Master's in public relations and corporate communication at New York University. Her graduate school thesis explored how media brands that target minorities are affected by mergers and acquisitions. She’s also a proud alumna of the T. Howard Foundation & Syracuse University, Go Orange !
Tatiana has always had a love and passion for games, connecting with people and hosting events. Outside of work, Tatiana is actively involved in church, enjoys hosting game nights being a tourist in her own city, watching RomComs or TV dramas with authentic characters about people of color, and trying new adventurous activities.

The i’mPART Women’s Fellowship, created in 2016, made a commitment of $100K annually to retain more diverse talent and promote more women into leadership positions.
