As a leader Josephine is passionate about helping people and teams succeed. As an executive she excels at navigating large organizations and finding the right set of motivations to bring a project to market. Josephine is SVP of Brand and Reputation at Wells Fargo. She has led large scale national and global advertising campaigns and is spearheading brand building through both digital and integrated media with emphasis on corporate social responsibility, all while trying to stay somewhere near the leading edge of new technologies. She enjoys fine rum, experiencing new things, and people who can read her mind.
Tory Marlin, VP, Brand & Advertising, JPMorgan Chase
Tory Marlin is VP of Brand & Advertising for Corporate Responsibility at JPMorgan Chase. She has a decade of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand, content, experiential, and sales. Before JPMC, she led strategic brand partnerships at PopSugar, growing revenue and brand influence across health & wellness and in experiential programming. Previously, Tory was on the founding team of #BUILTBYGIRLS, Verizon Media’s social impact startup that encourages young women to pursue careers powered by technology. She lives in Manhattan with her husband, Brian (thanks, Bumble!), and their rescue pup, Max.
Evan Rutchik, CRO, USA, Ogury
Evan Rutchik is Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Ogury. He has managed award winning media campaigns since 2007, previously holding senior roles at digital media leaders on both the technology and agency sides of the business. After joining Ogury in late 2016, Evan has been responsible for scaling the company's US sales and business effort from the New York City office. Here he has overseen record growth as well as established Ogury's reputation in North America, opening offices in 10 major US cities. Evan resides on the board of the IAB Mobile Center of Excellence. He often moderates and speaks on panels across the world as an expert thought leader in mobile marketing, first party data and consumer privacy. Evan holds dual degrees in Management and Advertising from Syracuse University and an MBA from NYU Stern.
Christina Smedley, Chief Marketing Officer, Robinhood
Christina Smedley is Chief Marketing Officer at Robinhood, the brokerage that aims to give millions of people access to investing in and learning about the financial system. She’s responsible for telling Robinhood’s story across all brand, marketing and communication channels. Before joining Robinhood, Christina was a Vice President at Meta where she worked with the teams at Messenger, Libra the crypto-currency and Novi the digital wallet. She joined Meta from PayPal where she was Vice President of Brand and Communications. In past roles she has led Edelman’s global consumer practice and Amazon.com’s worldwide communications team. She graduated from the University of Kent, Canterbury, UK.
