Tuesday, January 19, 2021
Location: Zoom Webinar; Time: 12:00-1:00pm
According to a recent article in Conde Nast Traveler, Martinique Lewis, President of The Black Travel Alliance notes “70% of multicultural travelers are more likely to spend money with brands in which they see themselves reflected”. This will be critical to the success of travel brands and destinations that want to connect with consumers as they re-emerge post-COVID.
The very idea of visiting a new destination, meeting new people, and discovering new cultures breaks down barriers and helps us find common ground. Travel makes us better, stronger, braver, and more sympathetic. In this webinar hosted by Laura Fernandez, Pandora’s Head of Industry for Travel + Tourism, we will review the latest insights from Pandora’s own research panel on the travel mindset of BIPOC consumers and talk with brand leaders on how their strategies and campaigns better reflect the multi-lingual and multi-cultural world in which we live.
