Megan Estrada, VP of Media Investment, Brand Strategy, MGM Resorts International
As the Vice President of Media for MGM Resorts International, Megan leads the media investment strategy, planning and buying for the hospitality and entertainment company’s 27 destination resort brands, including Bellagio, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, ARIA, and Mirage. Megan drives media engagement and customer acquisition for the company’s 41,000+ hotel rooms, 400 food and beverage outlets, 350 retail outlets, and 4 major entertainment venues/arenas.
Megan has introduced and developed a media tech stack for the MGM Resorts enterprise in partnership with Adobe; building a larger digital ecosystem for media activation and allowing for deeper audience segmentation across web, social, email and paid media. Additionally, Megan has led zero-based media planning for the MGM Resorts portfolio of brands, optimizing the media investment and channel mix across the enterprise, while creating a strategic measurement framework to ensure that profitability is maximized.
Prior to joining MGM, Megan led corporate media planning and buying, digital strategy and digital business development for R&R Partners in Las Vegas.
Laura Fernandez, Head of Industry, Travel + Tourism, Pandora
Laura Fernandez joined Pandora Media Inc. in 2012, when she was hired to launch the Las Vegas market for the world’s most powerful music discovery platform. After successfully executing many unique first to market solutions for Destination Marketing Organizations, Travel Brands and Casino Operators, Laura was specifically asked by Pandora to launch and lead the company’s national Travel + Tourism Vertical.
Focused on identifying and testing Pandora product and targeting solutions for Travel & Tourism marketers across the U.S., Laura’s expertise ensures that Pandora consistently meets and overachieves marketing goals. In an industry constantly evolving, Laura continues to partner with travel and tourism brands in order to challenge Pandora on new ways to help marketers capture attention of Travelers who are engaged on its music service every day.
Laura received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from West Virginia University. Outside of work, she enjoys living in Las Vegas with her husband J.C. and being an avid equestrian specializing in Jumpers.

Danny Guerrero brings 20 years of dedication to integrated marketing, advertising and communications in travel, tourism, and hospitality to MMGY Global. He is a passionate, and committed leader having led teams for three different MMGY Global agency brands from his post in Los Angeles where he serves as General Manager. An ardent supporter of diversity in travel, Danny leads the development of industry-leading research programs, thought leadership platforms, and integrated marketing programs at MMGY Global to advocate for better representation of travelers of color in the industry. He also serves as Co-Chair of the agency's DEI Council and is a member of Destinations International’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, as well as CalTravel’s DEI Task Force.
