Jessica Serrano is the Chief Marketing Officer at Bagel Brands, where she leads brand, digital, and guest experience strategy across all bagel concepts, including Einstein Bros. Bagels. She joined the company in August 2025 and is focused on driving brand relevance, innovation, and growth through integrated marketing efforts that connect meaningfully with guests across all channels.

She brings over 18 years of experience in food and beverage marketing, brand strategy, and digital transformation. Prior to Bagel Brands, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Dig Inn and held marketing and sales leadership roles at Taco Bell, Burger King, Dole, and Kraft Foods.

Jessica is known for building culturally resonant brands, launching breakthrough campaigns, and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, consumer-driven environments. She holds both a BS and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Born in New York and raised in California, Jessica is of Cuban and Mexican descent. She is passionate about inclusive storytelling, authentic brand experiences, and mentoring the next generation of marketing leaders.
