Meet the 2025 Fellows – Gabriella Chandra, Senior Product Manager, IdentityData Foundation Walmart Connect

 

Gabriella “Gabbi” Chandra is a Senior Product Manager of Identity at Walmart Connect. Her work focuses on strengthening data capabilities through scalable, connected identity solutions across cross-platform channels. Prior to joining Walmart Connect, Gabbi held product and data roles at TelevisaUnivision, NBCUniversal, and Beachfront Media.

A customer-centric and data-driven innovator, Gabbi is known for her intrapreneurial mindset and her ability to bring clarity to complex technical challenges. She has a strong track record of driving cross-functional alignment, building collaborative partnerships, and delivering high-impact initiatives that unlock revenue, improve operational efficiency, and deepen product maturity.

Passionate about representation and community, Gabbi serves as a team lead at Asians in Advertising, where she supports culture-building, sponsorship, and opportunities for emerging talent across the industry.

What does success mean to you?

For me, success is about growth, community, and impact. It’s not just about checking boxes or reaching titles; it’s about showing up with purpose, lifting others as you rise, and creating opportunities for voices that deserve to be heard. I see success as building something bigger than yourself, whether that means mentoring others, shaping inclusive teams, or sparking meaningful change in the spaces you touch.

What do you hope to gain from this fellowship?

I’m hoping to learn from the incredible women in this community and be inspired by their journeys. I want to gain new tools and perspectives that will help me step into my next chapter with confidence and clarity as I continue to navigate bridging creative, cultural, and leadership spaces. I’m also excited to pay it forward by taking what I learn here and helping empower other women to see what’s possible for them, too.
