Sarah Baehr is US Agency Group Head and Head of IMDb Sales at Amazon Ads, where she leads a team focused on building strategic relationships and partnerships across independent agencies, while also overseeing a team driving revenue for IMDb. She brings over 25 years of experience across media and advertising. Her career spans leadership roles at Ogilvy, Razorfish, and MediaVest before moving into senior strategy positions at Carat, where she led US Digital Strategy, and Horizon Media, where she served as Chief Investment Officer. Sarah has received several industry accolades, including a Min Sweet 16 designation, Advertising Women of New York’s Working Mother of the Year award, AdAge’s Top Digital Hires, and a 212 NYC Thought Leadership Award. She serves on the boards of Young Audiences NY and the TD Foundation and previously served on the board of SheRunsIt.
